I have a small business account with TD bank. I have tried to sign up for online banking twice and each time it says that I will be receiving an email with instructions but I have yet to receive an email. I have been doing all of my small business banking by phone and would like to view activity online. I'm not sure what I should do to set it up at this point.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble enrolling your business in online access, Kim. We'd be happy to assist you.
After you've completed the enrollment process, BusinessDirect will send you an email with your User ID and password. Sometimes the email that is sent is directed to your "Junk" or "Spam" folders. We recommend taking a look here for the email.
