I have recently made a student checking account and an online account at my local TD bank in Virginia, but I cannot access my online account using the ID and password that they have set up and given to me. I have called the customer service and they said my ID was correct and they changed the password,. The error that comes up after I try logging in was, "Sorry, your log in information does not match our records. Please try again." Another error I receive when I try to find my password is, "Authentication Failed."

When inputting your Online Banking information, please be sure that Caps Lock is not on. Also keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, so incorrect capitalization will not allow you to log in.
