My husband and I recently separated and we have a joint account with TD. I opened my own account and am trying to enroll in online banking for my account, however everytime i try it tells me the information is incorrect, even though its not. So, then i call customer support and am put on hold, told I already have a log in, even though I dont, and go around in circles trying to explain that I want my own login with MY account and I dont want to link the accounts because im separated from my husband. How does this get fixed
