I have signed up for online banking for more than a week, but you haven't contacted me yet, however you said:" We have received your application. Your information will be reviewed and you will be contacted at your email address within 2 business days."
Can you help me with that? (I'm abroad)

Hi Nora, thanks for writing in this afternoon.
Typically two business days after submitting your application for Online Banking you will receive an email with a temporary user name and password. Sometimes email accounts are known to divert this message to your spam or junk folder so we recommend checking there for your temporary credentials. If you have not received this email, we recommend contacting us directly 24/7 from abroad by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
