I cannot open an online banking account because I do not have an ATM or Debit Card. It is important that I get a copy of my recent checking account statement. How can I get that?

Good morning, Pauline, and welcome to TD Helps.
We'd first like to take a moment to apologize that you're having so much trouble obtaining your statements.
We understand that you may not be able to enroll in online banking as you do not currently have a debit card; however, we have great news! By contacting us directly, we'll happily manually enroll you, and provide you with your desired username and password. So that we may help, please give us a call at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you have been provided with a username and password, you're welcome to log into your online banking from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. When you're able to successfully log in, you'll be able to access your statements right from your online banking! To do so, first click on the account you would like to retrieve your statement for. Then, click on the green tab that reads 'Statements and Notices'. From here, find the statement date you were looking to obtain, and under 'Details', click 'View'. This will open up a new page where you can review your statement, and you'll even have the option to print a copy.
In the event that you're unable to print your statements, feel free to call us at the number mentioned above, and we'll be happy to request a copy for you, which will be mailed to the address we have on record for your account. Additionally, you're welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, so that a Customer Service Representative may print a copy for you. You'll leave the Store location that same day with any copies you may have needed!
