Welcome back, J. We're happy to have you.
If you were previously enrolled in online banking with us for your old account, we’d like to advise you that your online banking information is most likely still stored in our system. This means that you may pick up where you left off!
If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help you access your new account through www.tdbank.com. We kindly ask that you call us directly, so that a Banking Specialist may assist you, upon proper account verification. You may reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once you're speaking with a Banking Specialist, they will also be able to help you with resetting your user name, password, and security questions.
If you'd prefer, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd like to mention that we noticed your location, and were wondering if you were looking to get in touch with our partners in Canada. If you were, we'd like to include their contact information as well.
To speak with a TD Canada Trust Banking Specialist, you're welcome to do so, 24/7, by calling 866-222-3456. You may check out the link: https://go.td.com/1woOVay to view all the additional options you have when wanting to contact TD Canada Trust.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us through our Helps community! Please note that we do not have access to accounts through here, but will gladly answer any questions you have.
Happy Holidays, J, take care.
