I recently opened a new account and the Rep stated it would appear on my online banking screen within 24 hours however I am still not seeing it, how can this be fixed?

We sincerely apologize that you're having trouble viewing your new account through your Personal Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to connect you with someone who can help!
Generally speaking, when a new account is opened, as the Banking Specialist assisting you mentioned, the account should become visible through your online banking profile within 24 hours. If this time frame has already passed, and you're still unable to view your account, please don't worry! You may simply connect with us in whichever method you find the most convenient, and we'll be happy to have this fixed for you!
You're first welcome to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, that's okay, as you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
