I have a Moneris account that can utilize both credit card and online debit. I had a customer today who selected online debit and then TD. Once at the TD website, which she verified to be the same one that she uses a lot for online banking, it would only let her enter 13 numbers of her client card.

Hi, I live in Canada, and my access card has 16 digits on it. But when I'm making a specific through Interac, it allows me to enter only 13-digit access card number. I tried the first 13 numbers and the last 13 numbers respectively, but both didn't work.
Please tell me what is the 13 digits, thank you!!
