For the second day, I cannot access my account online. I changed the password yesterday, and it worked. Today I used the new password and I'm back to the same problem as yesterday as the website says I entered an incorrect password. Please help

Good day, Patricia. We are sorry to hear about your Online Banking difficulties and would be glad to help! As you mentioned you're still having trouble with your online password, we recommend trying to reset it again. When creating a new password, here are some tips we'd like to share: - Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces - Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else - Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street) - Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days - Passwords are case sensitive After you input the new password, please be sure to select the orange box noted "Save Changes" to ensure it is submitted correctly.
