Good morning, Nancy and thanks for sending us your question to TD Helps. We're more than happy to assist you with any banking questions you may have here.
Sounds like you're already using our online bill pay service at this time. Generally speaking, when you see the 'Bill' icon next to a Biller, it means you are already enrolled to receive eBills from that Biller, but you don’t have a current bill to pay at this time. If you wish to view the bills you’ve already paid, or any unpaid bills older than 45 days, you may go to Bill History on our site. If you see the 'Get Bill' Icon next to a Biller, then that Biller also offers enrollment in eBills, but you have not yet enrolled with them for that service. You may also feel free to click on any other icons on our bill pay screen and you will see a pop-up window once you click on it with explanations for it.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Nancy, please let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
