I am trying to use my visa debit card for online purchases it keeps declining

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TD Bank Debit Card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to explain that, currently, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account or personal information; however, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly, and we'll gladly assist you with your debit card.
You're first welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist, who for your convenience, are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Similarly, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, please don't worry, as you may always send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
