Welcome to TD Helps, Piedad.
Online statements are safer, faster and greener than paper statements and we would be happy to go over how to enroll! To receive your statements paperless and free of charge, you must first log onto your TD Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, that is okay! You can enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number and email address to enroll. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you are missing any of the necessary information, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. You may also visit your local TD Store for help with the enrollment process. You can stop by the Store you opened the account at or for a list of TD Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. After you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can view your account and change your statement settings right away.
To enroll for paperless statements, please follow these steps below:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements." Once you have opened and reviewed the two documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes."
When your statements become available for viewing, you will now receive an email notification to the email address you previously selected. To view a copy of your statements, please select the "Statements" tab under "Account History."
