im trying to set up my mobile and online banking and it keeps giving me an error message

First, we'd like to let you know that in order to use our Mobile App, you just have to sign up for our Online Banking feature first. Once this is complete, you'll be able to log in on your phone or other mobile device with our app using the same user name and password as your online account.
Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have your account number, TD ATM/Debit card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. There are three quick steps, and after those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your accounts online. Since it sounds like you may have already tried to sign up on your own, if you've gotten an error please reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we can get your online account up and running for you during your call!
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link.
