I want to attend the conference in USA and visit USA for 1 month on March 2015. Due to bring cash in USA, you are kindly requested to inform me how I can open an account in TD bank and get a debit card.

Hi Mohammad, thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps.
We're happy to hear that you're interested in joining the TD Bank family! We'll be glad to go over the account opening process.
First, we'd like to introduce you to the variety of different accounts we offer here at TD Bank. We hope you'll find one that suits your needs. Please see our Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. And our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector Tool at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Since you mentioned you're a non-US resident, you're invited to visit a TD Bank Store, when you are in the US in March to open the account. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to search for the convenient TD Bank Store locations near you. Additionally, you will be required to bring two forms of identification with you. One form of ID must be a valid non-US Passport or Visa with photo and the second form of valid ID you may select from the list below:
- Employment ID with Photo and Signature
- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
- Alien Registration Card with Photo
- Permanent Resident Card with Photo
If you have questions regarding TD Bank deposit accounts such as Checking or Savings account, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps have a great day!

Thank you for the information! I'm also going on a trip to Boston and planning on opening a checking account.
I'm just asking for confirmation, if a College ID card means a Student ID card from a University?
My Student ID card from the University and my driving license are both in Chinese from Taiwan, can I use them as a second identification?
If the answer is yes, then I would be bringing my Passport+ID card+money to a TD store to open an account and get a debit card right away, right?
thank u for the help
