We would like to thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Jon. We appreciate your interest in starting an account with us!
If you're planning a trip to the United States in the near future, you're more than welcome to open a new account with us by visiting a TD Bank Store location as a non-US resident. To find TD Store locations and hours, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please also note that you must have a valid U.S. residential address in order to open a new account with us.
We currently offer many different types of Checking and Savings accounts. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1g5vhXQ, or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
After you have decided the type of the account you wish to open, you will need to bring two forms of identification with you and stop by your local TD Bank Store during our lobby hours to set up your new account. One form of ID must be a non-US passport and the second form of ID you may select from the list below:

- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
