Thanks for joining us today, Luiz. We're glad to provide you with some information today.
As a non-US resident, to open an account with us it will be required for you to visit a TD location. If you're planning to visit the U.S. please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our TD Bank Store locations. Additionally, when you visit please bring two forms of identification with you. One form of ID must be a valid non-US Passport or Visa with photo and the second form of valid ID you may select from the list below:
- Employment ID with Photo and Signature
- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
- Alien Registration Card with Photo
- Permanent Resident Card with Photo
Please note, you must be able to supply a proof of address within the US as account opening information will be sent to you via mail to the address you are providing. Additionally, we also recommend connecting with the Store you will be visiting for further information to ensure you have the proper documents.
Prior to visiting us to open your account(s), you may wish to review the products we offer! We have many different types of Checking and Savings accounts. To view and compare our Checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit for you.
