Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Robin.
Holiday Clubs are no longer for sale. All existing Holiday Club accounts will continue to be serviced. If you are interesting in opening a Savings account, we invite you to take a look here: https://go.td.com/2bSlkVn at our current products. You may even use our Savings Selector tool here: https://go.td.com/2e9AckO to help you select the product best for your needs.
If you find an account that interests you (and we hope you do) we have a few ways in which you can open it. You're welcome to visit us at any TD Bank location. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours please view: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. If you'd prefer, you can give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for the account opening. You're also able to open the account online. When viewing the accounts we offer (the first link provided) there will be an orange button that says "Open Account" you may click on that link to start the application process.
Thanks again, Robin for visiting us today and please stop by again anytime. We hope this has been helpful!

Thanks for joining in, Ida.
We recommend referring to our friend Shanika's reply above as she mentions that we no longer offer the Holiday Club account.
If you're still interested in opening an account, she does provide all the instructions you should need above!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, Ida, and we hope you find another savings account with us that suits your needs. Have a good day.

Thanks for joining in on the conversation today, Lisa! We hope you're having a great start to your weekend.
We'd first like to apologize for any confusion, and take a moment to explain that while we are no longer offering Holiday Club accounts, if you had previously opened one when they were being offered, and would like to keep this account open, you're more than welcome to do so!
Your account will not be closed, and can continue to be used as you have been doing so in the past. However, if you would like to withdrawal any funds you may have in this account, we completely understand, and we'll be happy to help.
To make a withdrawal from a Holiday Club account, we ask that you visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative or Teller, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
As a friendly reminder, should you decide to withdrawal your funds from your Holiday Club, and the balances reaches zero, the account may close. In the event that this should happen, we would, unfortunately, be unable to open your account again as this product is no longer being offered at TD Bank.
If you have any questions or concerns that you'd like to discuss, we're always here for you. Banking Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000. You're also welcome to discuss your concerns with a Customer Service Representative at your Store location, and we invite you to use the link above to find your nearest location.
We hope this helps, Lisa! Have a great weekend!

I would like to open a Christmas club for 2018. I have automatic deposit to TD Bank bi-weekly. I would like to start a Christmas Club with $25 bi-weekly.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Gail!
We apologize; the Holiday Club is not an account we're offering any longer. We understand that this could be disappointing, but we do offer some great savings accounts that could certainly be used as a Christmas account.
We encourage you to check out our savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2bSlkVn. With any of these accounts, you can set up automatic transfers as often as you'd like to move money from your TD Checking account to your TD Savings account. These can be set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and for as much as you'd like. If you choose to do $25 every two weeks, you could have $650 in one year! The nice thing about using a savings account for your holiday savings is that you can access that money anytime you'd like. There's less restrictions so if you start shopping early, you've got full access to it!
If you find an account you'd like, just click the orange 'Apply Now' button and you may be able to open the account entirely online. We're also available by phone or in Store to answer any question you may have and open the account for you. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great day, Gail!
