Could we open a joint bank account with joint signatories for 2 US corporate entities with the bank? We have approximately US$6m funds to bank and need joint access to the funds with our US joint venture partner.

Thank you for considering TD Bank for your business banking needs, Soon. We're happy to respond.
In order to open a joint business account, both of the account signers must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process along with all the required documents. As you're writing in from Singapore, due to the limited information we received, we highly recommend contacting the TD Store you will be visiting to open the account in advance to confirm if a business account can be opened with all the documents you currently have. To find out our Store locations and contact numbers, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to answer any questions you may have over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988.
