I have Canadian/US dual citizenship but I reside in Canada. I currently have an IRA with Dupont and I would like to transfer to TD Bank IRA (in Massachusetts). Is there any way for me to open a TD Bank IRA and process this transfer WITHOUT coming to Massachusetts TD branch?
