We understand your concern, Daphne and we'd be glad to help you locate your account number.
We'd like to start off by stating that we are unable to provide your account number over the telephone or through email for security reasons. However, there are other ways that you can obtain your account number.
If you happen to have a personal check on hand, you'll find your full account number located on the bottom left hand side of the check, second group of numbers. Click here: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K to view a sample check.
You can also find your full account number on your account statements. If you don't have one handy, that's okay because you have access to your statements through Online Banking. If you're not enrolled in, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can enroll your account. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the initial page after you sign in, your account number will be displayed there.
If you prefer to visit a TD Store, our Representatives are able to provide this information to you. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
