I opened an account online the other day and was told by an automated email it has been successful. But I never got any account information. Do I have to go into a TD Bank to get that or is there a way too look it up?

Thank you for opening a new account with us, Andrea. We appreciate your business.
During the account opening process, if you have scheduled your initial deposit online at the same time, we invite you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 for further assistance. If we are able to verify you via the telephone, we should be able to enroll you for online banking. Once you're enrolled, your account number should be viewable online. If you did not schedule your initial deposit yet, we invite you to stop by your local TD Bank Store location with your valid photo ID for further assistance. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Changing banks can be a big decision, especially if you have direct deposits and scheduled payments set up and we would be happy to help make this process as smooth as it can be! We've designed a checklist to help you make the move, please see here: http://bit.ly/1nEm90e. This checklist includes all of the information you need to make it easy for you to switch and make the most of your TD Bank Checking account.
Thanks again for choosing TD, Andrea. We hope you have a great day!
