I opened a checking and savings account online yesterday and had the Polaroid Cube+ promotion added to it. I entered my other bank's info to make a deposit in each new account. I accidentally closed the browser before copying the account number it gave me, but everything seemed to go through. But now in the TD email I received it says I need to make my first initial deposits and my other bank account doesn't show any withdrawls to TD Bank. Why didn't I get an error message if my deposit failed, why did it say it was successful?

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we recommend visiting a TD Store for assistance. You are able to take a look at TD Stores near you by visiting http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be glad to determine if your initial deposit was successful.
We also recommend reaching out to your other financial institution to determine if the transfer was initiated.
