I just opened an account online, will my debit card be mailed to me or do I need to go to a bank location?

Welcome to the TD Bank family, Alejandra. We would be more than happy to help answer your inquiry.
As you mentioned that you applied for your new TD Bank account online, if you requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on your postal office.
If you would prefer to have your new debit card immediately, or you didn't request one during account opening, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
As you're interested in enrolling your account in Online Banking, you'll be glad to know that you'll be able to enroll in Online Banking right away, even without your debit card! We welcome you to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call.
Also, since it sounds like you opened a checking account with us, we invite you to get to know your new account here: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH. At the link, you'll find some useful information to get you started.
Thanks again for stopping by and have a great day.
