Over 1 year ago, I had my TD bank account closed due to an extended overdraft of $30. I realized that I never took care of that repayment. I am in need of more convenient banking services. But I remembered that I still have this outstanding debt. Could I still go into a local branch and open a new checking account and pay the branch my outstanding balance of $30?
