Hi. I have a relational checking account and was told check reorders are free. How do I go about ordering them?

You came to the right place for assistance, Jean-Marie. We'd be more than happy to help!
There are a few variables that come into play regarding the cost of checks, including the type of account you have, whether or not this is a first order and the quantity of checks you'd like to have. For more details we recommend clicking here: http://bit.ly/1oy6i4q. As you mentioned you have a TD Relationship Checking account, we are happy to confirm that you are eligible for free standard check orders.
There are a few options available to you to reorder checks. You may reorder checks through your TD Online Banking, at your local TD Bank Store or over the phone.
If you already use Online Banking, you can order them right through our site by following the steps below:
- Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
- Click on the ''Customer Service tab''
- Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create at least three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
You can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help with your request, additionally, if you experience difficulties enrolling for Online Banking, we'd be happy to help also! Lastly, you may wish to stop by your nearest TD Bank location to order your checks. For a listing of TD Stores, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please have a great weekend.
