my checks used to have my phone number on them, now they do not. Why? Can I order checks with my phone number on them?

When placing an order for checks, it is possible to add your telephone number and we apologize if this wasn't added for you. Typically, it is not added automatically and must be entered manually or requested. If you are enrolled for Online Banking to place an order of checks that include your telephone number in the personalization at the top of the check you may log in and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Order Checks. When placing your order you may add in your telephone number. If you'd prefer, you may also place the order by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting a nearby TD location.
