Thank you for your inquiry, Mark. We'd be happy to review ATM fees with you.
As you know, the use of any TD ATM is free of charge for our Customers and the use of a non-TD ATM results in a usage fee. There are some account types that may waive the fee automatically. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view the accounts that waive this fee.
If you would like to change your account type to one of the accounts listed in the link there are a few ways to do so. You may contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives would be happy to assist in changing your account type. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to have your account type changed. If you are not currently enrolled, you may start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request. If you have trouble enrolling, please contact the number mentioned above or visit your nearest TD Store.
Keep in mind that you may also ask for cash back from your purchases free of charge. When you process your Debit Card for a purchase, select the offer to receive cash back at businesses that offer this option.
We hope this helps, Mark and have a good day.
