If your son has an account and is planning to use it while traveling outside of the US, we recommend placing Travel Notifications on his checking account. If he has not already done so, he can place a travel note by calling our Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000. If he's setup for Online Banking, another option would be to send a secure message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message he must first log on to his TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, he'll see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If he is not set up for Online Banking, please have him visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that he'll need his account number, Social Security number and ATM/debit card handy to complete the enrollment process.
If your son needs to call us while outside the United States he may do so by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
We hope this helps, Rosina and have a good day.
