I have been trying to access my account online from italy (previously notified bank before i left, have been here and used card with no problem), and was locked out of my online account for entering in the "wrong" answer to my security question. Unfortunately, I am in Italy so i can not call the helpline to fix this issue. My card keeps getting declined, and when I go to the ATM to pull out money, it says my credit limit has expired. Please advise.
