Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps this afternoon, Chesley.
We'd love to assist you; however, we don't have access to your account information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We encourage you to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'd be glad to review your account and situation further with you. Overdraft fees will be assessed the following business day of when your account is overdrawn. Please note; if your account is overdrawn 10 consecutive days, a one-time Sustained Overdraft fee will be applied to your account. To learn more about fees that may apply, we recommend you check out http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Also, if your Checking account remains in an overdrawn status for 60 Calendar Days, or if at an earlier time we determine that the overdraft balance is non-collectable, we may close and place the account in collection status. For additional information, please check out pages 13 and 14 of our Personal Deposit Agreement by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ.
Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee in more detail. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a Secure Message.
As always, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss.
Please visit again if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day.
