i chose a feature that stops payments if my account has unsufficient balance. i did it over the phone last year. but my account still went in to negative balance twice and i got charged overdraft fee. why doesnt td bank stop any payments if my account does not have enough money if i have the feature enable?

Since you mentioned that you received an Overdraft fee, we would need to review this in further detail with you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however we do not have access to your personal information since this an unsecured forum.
