Hi, my statement last month was over the limit and they provided me a waive on my overlimit fee which i am thankful for. However on my next statement they applied a 2nd overdraft fee when i had already paid before the due date of the outstanding amount. I always pay on time and pay the full amount i had only gone above my credit due to my school fees. Following that note i was told that the cut off date was the reason why i received a second over limit fee i find that really unfair even though i paid all the outstanding. My statement for this month is only 194.71 and i received a overlimit fee for last month overlimit. So i had 2 overlimit fees one on september and another on october. The october one states its for the september date even though i had paid. Can this not get waived as well because i never knew i would be charged twice like this even though i paid before the due date.
