It is great to have you here on TD Helps, Ashley
Based on the message you have provided us it sounds like your account may have been assessed overdraft fees.
Please understand that we'd love to assist you; however, we don't have access to your account information since this is considered an unsecured forum, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and they would be glad to review your account with you and explain to you what has caused the fees. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid overdraft fees in the future.
Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee in more detail. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
As always, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss.
We hope to hear from you and have a great day.
Brian M., Mount Luarel
