Nice to have you come to TD Helps with your question this morning, Louise.
First, we'd like to let you know that all of our Checking accounts are subject to the same overdraft policy and you may read more details here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 8-10. Also, our Fee Schedule is listed here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for you to review. You may also find this important information helpful: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC.
With that being said, you may like to consider the overdraft protection options we currently have, which can help you prevent overdrafts and fees.
First, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr for more information regarding the overdraft options available through TD Bank.
If you have a Savings account with us or decide to open one, you may link your Savings account to your Checking account for Savings Overdraft Protection. If your account happens to overdraw, funds would be taken from your Savings account to cover the overdraft. Click here: http://bit.ly/1lmjVaq for more information.
You could also apply for a TD Moneyline, which is a line of credit that can be used for overdraft protection as well. For more specific information on this account take a look here: http://bit.ly/J7b4XR. You can apply online by clicking on the link and then onto "Apply Online" or you can give us a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Services Group (FSG) Specialist. You may also apply for Moneyline Overdraft Protection at your local TD Bank Store.
If you have any questions, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and can review your options and needs with you in further detail at that time.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our locations, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope that you find this information helpful, Louise. Have a great day!
