Thanks for reaching out to us with your question, Shawn.
Since you mentioned that you received an Overdraft fee, we would need to review this in further detail with you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To better assist you, feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'll certainly be able to discuss the overdraft fee with you. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
In the meantime, to get some background on our overdraft fees, you may review our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Hope this will help, Shawn, and we look forward to talking with you soon.
