I had few transactions via PayPal. My account will be overdraft by $1000, however I also have few PayPal transactions that are on refunding process. The amount of refunds will cover my overdrafted account, but the refunds won't be done in this week (PayPal takes really long time to make a refund). Then will I be charging $5 overdraft fee every day, until my refunds are completed and in my account? (I won't make any transactions)
