We understand your concern, Kristie, and we'd be glad to discuss.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're referring to TD Debit Card Advance. You are able to unenroll in this service, by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting a TD Store or while logged in to Online Banking.
To unenroll using Online Banking, you would first need to log in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. You can select the "Customer Service" tab and choose the unenroll option.
As you've mentioned that your account is currently overdrawn, please know that accounts that maintain an overdrawn balance for 60 consecutive days may come to a close. Accounts that close with an overdrawn balance, are turned over to our Recovery Department.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us using the contact methods mentioned above.
We hope this information help, Kristie. Have a good day.
