Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Roberto. We'd be glad to help.
There are a few ways you're able to locate a transaction that has been made on your account.
Through Online Banking, you are able to access statements from as far back as 2010. You are able to log in to your account by visiting www.tdbank.com and selecting "Log in" on the right hand side of the page. After you're logged in, follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you're still unable to locate the transaction in question, you are able to send us a secure message while logged in and our Banking Specialists will be glad to assist. To do so, click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message."
If you prefer to speak with a Banking Specialist directly, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that if the account in question is closed, we recommend calling or visiting a TD Store for assistance.
We hope this helps, Roberto and have a good day.
