Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps tonight, Wanda! We'll be glad to assist you regarding your paperless inquiry.
If you're inquiring about a TD Bank credit card, you'll be happy to know that you can go paperless through your online banking. To enroll in paperless statements for your TD Bank Visa Credit Card account, please follow these instructions:
- Once logged in at www.tdcardservices.com, click on the ''Statements" tab
- You'll then see an option to enroll in electronic statements
- You will receive an email every time a new statement is produced.
If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" You can also click here http://bit.ly/1mZCFef to take you directly to the enrollment page. Please have your card number handy as you go through the three steps of registration, and once you've successfully enrolled your card, you can complete the steps listed above to go paperless.
If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to a Credit Card Specialist anytime 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
If you're referring to receiving paperless statements for your deposit accounts, you'll be able to change your statement settings through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on Online Statements Settings; which is located on the left hand side of the page. Once there, please select Online Statements and enter an email address that you'd like your account notices to be sent. Please also check the boxes to agree to the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and the Hardware and Software Requirements disclosures and lastly, click Save Changes.
If you're referring to a loan that you have with us, we'd like to inform you that TD Bank is required by law to send a paper statement to your address. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020 or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours.
We sure hope this helps and feel free to come back again if you have any additional questions, Wanda. Take care and have a good weekend!
