Welcome to TD Helps, Ossel. We'd be happy to help you enroll in paperless statements.
Not only can paperless statements help save you a fee, but it helps save the environment too! To enroll in paperless statements, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Then, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Next, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you have any trouble setting your online account up, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, they would be happy to walk you through the process. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, to enroll for paperless statements, please log in and follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
Again, if you have any troubles enrolling in paperless statements and need assistance, you may contact us directly or visit a TD near you.
We hope this helps, Ossel and have a great day.
