We appreciate you reaching out to us, Sheryl. We'll be sure to give you the information needed to track your statements.
Typically for Business accounts, the statement cycle runs from the 1st until the last day of the month. For personal accounts, depending on when the account was opened, the statement cycle ending date can be different.
As this is pertaining to your specific accounts, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your accounts with you and they can also submit a request to have your statement cycle ending date changed per your request. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
We hope this helps and enjoy your weekend!

Thank you for your quick response. Would the holidays delay the sending of the statement? I normally receive my statement in the mail around the 6th or 7th of the month. Thanks!

This appears to be happening again. It's the 8th and I still haven't received my business bank statement. Every month I receive it by the 6th. Can you tell me if there was a delay in processing? Don't business statements get processed at the end of the month? If so, when are they mailed out? The 1st of the following month?
May 8, 2015 05:16:03 PM
Thanks for coming back to TD Helps, Sheryl. We'll be happy to clarify this for you.
Typically, business account statements start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. It can take 3-5 business days for the statements to be mailed out to our customers. We'd like to point out that you are able to view your full statement through online banking as well. Please sign into your account, click the Statements tab and then select your most recent statement.
If you're not enrolled in TD BusinessDirect and you'd like to be, please click here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 and follow the prompts. Once you enroll for BusinessDirect, you will receive a confirmation email with both your User ID and Password within 2 business days. Once you are logged in, to use the ACH feature, you will need to enroll for that service. Please select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." BusinessDirect will then require you to answer 3 questions in regards to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "next," a message will appear; letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days.
We hope this helps, Sheryl and enjoy the rest of your day! Take care.

Thanks for joining our conversations, Greg.
You may simply avoid Paper Statement Fees by enrolling for Paperless Statements. Paperless statement is greener, safer and environmentally-friendly.
Switching to paperless statements option for your accounts is quick and easy! Once you’ve successfully logged in from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and please follow the steps below to enroll for paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab -Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page). -Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct. -You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If you are having difficulties setting this up, you can call us at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store, during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Hope this helps, Greg. Enjoy your weekend!
