I am currently in Canada and I can not call any of your 1-888 customer service numbers and I need to reset my password

You are able to reset your password by visiting the log in page here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and selecting the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to submit your user name as well as the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Next, you will be prompted to answer security questions. Once successfully answered, you will be able to reset your password.
