Trying to update my password for card services and every password option I try fails. What are the password requirements?

We apologize for any inconvenience however we are unable to share password requirements at this time for security reasons. If you're having trouble logging in, we recommend contacting us directly.
To best assist with password requirements and logging in again, we ask that you contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than glad to assist you with this account, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
