We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, Xiaoyue.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to help.
As you mentioned that you have just forgotten your password for your Personal Online Banking, we're happy to announce that TD Bank offers a Self Service feature which will allow you to reset your password from your own computer without the need to call!
To access this Self Service feature, click on the link here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl. First, you'll want to select your account type, either personal or business, and then enter in your User Name, followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Next, to reset your password, simply answer the three Security Questions that you selected when you first enrolled in Online Banking and you'll be able to reset your password, and have access to your account again!
If you have any trouble, we apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you mentioned that you are currently out of the country, you may also call collect, with operator assistance from any landline phone, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
We sincerely hope this helps, Xiaoyue.
Have a great Thursday!
