How do I pay my TD credit card online?

You have the option of making payments online by using the TD Credit Card website at www.tdcardservices.com. If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or, you may click here to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need your card number handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home! Online Banking Customers with a TD Bank Checking or Savings account may also make their Credit Card payments using TD Bank Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you don't have Online Banking, you may enroll at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble enrolling please contact us directly 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.

I use to be able to transfer money from my checking or savings account to my credit card through the Mobil app. Since the most recent app update, I can no longer see my credit card account on the Mobil site to do this. Did they take this feature away?

It sounds like you may be having some difficulty imputing your account number to pay your TD Credit Card bill. We can offer some advice.
If you've ever had a payment rejected using that account number online, the system may not be accepting it for that reason. It could be that the account number was entered incorrectly in the past or that the payment was returned. Either way, that account number could be refused for use in future payments when this occurs.
To troubleshoot, we recommend confirming that the account number you've entered is correct. If you continue to experience this same issue, please give us a call. We should still be able to take the payment by phone and review your online profile to determine why your account number hasn't been accepted. Our Credit Card Customer Service Team can be reached anytime, 24/7 at 888-561-8861. As always, you're also welcome to visit us at a local TD Bank Store to be assisted in person.
