I have an outstanding overdrawn balance and Im still kind of new to the TD Bank family, would I still be able to set up payment arrangements before it goes into Chex systems?

Good morning and thank you for sending us your question, Alizay.
Currently, when an account remains in an overdrawn status for sixty Calendar Days, or such earlier time that we determine that the overdraft balance would be uncollectible, the Bank will close the account and place it in collection status. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 9-10) for additional information. We'd also like to let you know that if an account continues to be overdrawn for ten consecutive business days, a sustained overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store to you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your weekend.
