I was recently contacted by an arbitrator from a third party company stating I was charged late fees, attorney fees, and balance due from a payday loan. I have not received or applied for a payday loan and no connection with the payday loan company. After researching, I discovered several other similar reports, complaints, and sites with the same company - BMG or Bahama Marketing Group from which the payday loan came. I am seeking information from a former account closed around September 2013, beginning at January 2011.
