I need to send a payment but the size of the name field is too short.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble scheduling a bill payment, Laurie. We'd be glad to help.
You are able to schedule a bill payment via Online Banking by signing in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you're logged in, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. If you're trying to pay a company, we recommend selecting "Add a company or person to pay" and you're able to select a category (Utilities, Phone, Insurance, Credit Cards and More Bill Categories). If you use the categories, this may help with the issue you're having.
If you need to enter a payee manually and are still having trouble scheduling the payment, we ask that you reach out to us directly. You are able to call our Bill Pay Specialists by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help.
