I want to pay off my overdraft account in full but then would like to open up a new account. But would this all be possible even though this account has been closed since 2011?

First, we ask that you contact our Recovery Department at 800-742-2651, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to make payment arrangements on your closed overdrawn account. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hours to make the payments. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can than request to open a new account with TD Bank.
