Hello, dear bank support, i've bought several items on site wholesalebuying.com - money were took from my debit card but my order was never completed
and it shows that transaction is pending on the site
but on the page of my internet-banking it shows that transaction is completed
I can send you pics proving this information
Order - 40,27$
Transaction 08/23/2016 -40,27$ from my debit card

We'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
First, since you wrote in that you originally had business with the merchant, to dispute any charge they made to your account, you'll want to give them a call to determine if they'll refund you. We recommend contacting the merchant for the possibility of a resolution before filing a claim with TD Bank.
If the merchant is unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for assistance.
